I hope you are well. I am unable to access wifi because wifi is missing in my network and internet settings. I’ve tried to download the drivers that seem to be missing but the Installshield Wizard never comes up to complete the install process. Can you please assist me in getting my wifi working on my new machine?

Did work out of the box then the wi-fi just disappeared from my machine. I’ve downloaded the drivers from HP website but it doesn’t seem to finish the install. Just stops. In fact, in the Device Manager there is no wireless network adapter, are you sure that PC worked in wi-fi previously? What drivers have you downloaded from the HP website if the wireless network adapter is not listed in the Device Manager?
Do you know the model of the wireless network adapter installed in the PC? This site in other languages x.
