I’m using Windows 10 Pro. MSO Hopefully someone has an answer for this. This is my issue exactly. Although you seem to remember the notifications being actionable at one point in time. Are you sure you’re not confusing it with the Mail app provided by windows 10? Also thanks for posting. I’m not sure how to get a reply from a Microsoft Team Member here. Their phone support was unable to help me, and could not confirm or deny that the notifications should or should not, be actionable.
