The only thing I can do to these notifications is dismiss them. They don’t even dismiss themselves when the message has been read. Is this by design? I’ve tested this on 2 administrator accounts with the same results.
I’ve even gone as far as to disable all non-Microsoft services to no avail. Can anyone let me know if they receive actionable notifications for Outlook in the Action Center for Windows 10 or how to make them actionable? Thanks in advance. This thread is locked. I’m using Windows 10 Pro. MSO Hopefully someone has an answer for this. This is my issue exactly. Although you seem to remember the notifications being actionable at one point in time. Are you sure you’re not confusing it with the Mail app provided by windows 10? Also thanks for posting. I’m not sure how to get a reply from a Microsoft Team Member here. Their phone support was unable to help me, and could not confirm or deny that the notifications should or should not, be actionable.

Note that even if you turn these off, the notifications will still appear for you in the action center. If you scroll down to the Get notifications from these senders heading, you can choose to stop particular apps from sending you any more notifications.
Alternatively, enable Focus Assist for distraction-free work time. This screen shows you which applications can send notifications — those switched On will send you notifications as needed. To stop an app from sending you any more notifications, turn its switch to Off. This will stop any notifications from this app from appearing in your action center. The action center also gives you access to some settings that you can turn on or off there.
